I'm Adeyneous "Teddy" Kpoto, a Computer Science student and AWS Data Center Operations Technician with a passion for building software that interacts directly with hardware. My interests include firmware development, embedded systems, operating systems, Linux, and computer architecture. My work focuses on troubleshooting GPU servers, PCIe, Linux, networking, and large-scale compute infrastructure. Outside of work, I build projects involving operating systems, embedded software, ARM64, and infrastructure automation as I prepare for a career in firmware and systems software engineering.
Outside of technology, I'm a husband and father who enjoys history, philosophy, and fantasy literature. Those interests keep me curious and remind me that great engineering starts with asking good questions.
When I'm not with my family, you'll usually find me lost in a good book or a great story. I'm drawn to history and philosophy โ there's something powerful about understanding where we've been and what shapes the way we think. I'm also a lifelong fantasy fan: The Lord of the Rings, the Inheritance Cycle, and the Wheel of Time series all sit high on my list. That love of stories carries over into my career too โ one of my favorite things about computer science is that there's always something new to learn. The journey never really ends, and that's exactly how I like it.
